New Movie Reviews: Cop Out, The Crazies, and The Yellow Handkerchief
Bruce Willis and Tracy Morgan have arrived to shoot up a city and rescue a baseball card in director Kevin Smith's Cop Out. Read reviews from Brian Orndorf and Tyler Foster. DVD Talk Sits Down With Eli Roth
Eli Roth Eli Roth has been having a great year and deservedly so. If you've been living under a rock for the past few months then you may be unaware of the wave of acclaim Inglourious Basterds has been receiving. Roth is currently a part of that acclaim due to his hilarious turn as The Bear Jew. DVD Talk writer Jack Girous had a chance to talk with Roth where they touched on Basterds, buy mainly focused on his directorial debut Cabin Fever. Recently Announced Discs: Up in the Air, Penn & Teller, and Stagecoach
Up in the Air Some cool discs are going to be released in the near future. Check out these newly announced titles: Up in the Air on DVD and Blu-ray - Jason Reitman's surprise hit will hit store shelves on 3/9/10; Penn & Teller Bullsh*t: Complete Seventh Season on DVD - this time the two magicians debunk astrology, the idea that video games create violent teens, and laughs at the 2012 'prophecy'. It will arrive on home video on 5/4/10; and Stagecoach on DVD and Blu-ray - Criterion will release a new version of the influential John Ford/John Wayne western. Look for it on 5/25/10. DVD Savant: Capitalism: A Love Story, The Last King of Scotland, and I Died a Thousand Times
