This Week's Notable Releases: Mad Max: Fury Road, The Harvest, and Lost After Dark
There are a few new releases this week that you won't want to miss. Check out these hot titles:
Mad Max: Fury Road [review] - the Mad Max franchise returns, and it's still action, still over-the-top, and still insane... a wonderfully exciting and furiously entertaining film; The Harvest [review] - a truly terrifying horror film using a single location, a handful of characters and none of the flashy visuals contemporary filmmakers of the genre too often rely on; and Lost After Dark [review] - this 2014 film isn't just inspired by the slashers that littered theaters in the early '80s, it does its damndest to be one... fans of the genre need to check it out.
Other reviews of note include: Boulevard [review], Mystery Science Theater 3000: Volume 1 (Shout! Factory Edition) [review], and Army Of Frankensteins [review].
