New Movie Reviews: Footloose, Texas Killing Fields, and The Skin I Live In
This week in theaters, a movie from the '80s that should have been set in the '50s is updated to the '10s in Footloose. Director Matthijs van Heijningen Jr. tees up a prequel/remake of John Carpenter's The Thing. And Sam Worthington, Jeffrey Dean Morgan, and Jessica Chastain investigate a series of murders in the Texas Killing Fields. Also in theaters: Antonio Banderas and Pedro Almodovar reteam for the twisted thriller The Skin I Live In and Alma Har'el helms the extraordinary documentary Bombay Beach.
