New Movie Reviews: Big Hero 6, Interstellar, and The Theory of Everything
Big Hero 6 Check out DVD Talk's latest reviews of movies that are in theatrical release. This week's crop includes: Big Hero 6 - a fun movie... an adventure that isn't scary, that never slows down, that is sometimes funny, sometimes dumb, but always entertaining; Interstellar - not a film that's easy to dismiss, just as it may not be entirely easy to grasp, but the sheer force of Christopher Nolan's filmmaking makes it worth grappling with all the philosophy and cosmic kookiness; and The Theory of Everything - this biopic of physicist Stephen Hawking is beautiful, well-crafted, and full of heart. Other recent films include: John Wick, Laggies, John Wick, Laggies, Force Majeure, Birdman, Fury, Dracula Untold, Gone Girl, Harmontown, A Walk Among the Tombstones, The Maze Runner, Kelly & Cal, The Drop, The Skeleton Twins, The Disappearance of Eleanor Rigby, The November Man . Check out these, and more, in DVDTalk's Theatrical Review section.
