When I first heard about the series, it never sparked my interest. After diving into the show's last ten episodes, I had a little trouble adjusting to it. Of course, not having watched the first two seasons, I was a little lost about who the characters were and what was happening. After the first couple of episodes, I got a pretty good handle on things. However, as I watched season three, it never really grew on me. Perhaps if I had watched the show from the start, my impressions might have been different. Nevertheless, I did not think very highly of Kyle XY. I did not feel the characters or the plotlines were strongly engaging or entertaining enough to warrant recomm...Read the entire review

The movie was a loose, modern day interpretation of "Taming of the Shrew". A single father and his two daughters recently transplanted to a new city. The girls were opposites of each other, one seeking popularity and the other an outspoken independent. The story followed the girls as they tried to integrate into the tough world of high school. Along the way, they developed love interests--despite demanding rules from an overprotective father. This review covers the first ten episodes of a television series of the same name.
The TV show adapts many of the same plotlines and characters from...Read the entire review

In addition, the final season continued to provide engaging and entertaining episodes. Fans of the series will appreciate this season in its entirety--its cancellation withstanding, of course.
The episode "Mr. Monk's Favorite Show" starts the season off with a fun tone. The movie is slow paced and quite honestly, did not make a lot of sense to me as I watched it. It starts off with a world epidemic of people disappearing. As the main character seeks answers, he uncovers a truth he did not expect and finds salvation in religion at a great cost. At the same time, the government eliminates personal freedoms and forces a world-wide big brother system, which a small set of Christians refuse to participate in. Besides a religious message, there really is no point to the film, which consequently, made it hard to watch.
In the opening of the movie, people magically disappear with little explanation. FBI agent Charles Baker (Kevin Downes) arrives at fellow agent Adam Riley's (David A.R. I found Chop Socky Chooks to have its moments, but as a whole I was not really impressed with it. The show has a fun, goofy approach with a mix of light-hearted plotlines and kung fu action. However, this show focuses on mental health issues versus difficult to diagnose medical problems. Unfortunately, Mental doesn't come close to House and lacks the same chemistry, intrigue, and likeability with its characters. Instead, Mental tends to have little appeal: the characters aren't special and the mental health issues are drawn out and lackluster. In the end, this series probably isn't worth your time. The series is a somewhat typical crime drama with a mysterious twist. Instead of two tough cops, this show pairs up a brilliant scientist, who has many social inadequacies, and a tough female FBI agent. They solve crimes of a scientific nature. However, unlike typical TV melds of science and crime solving, this show is not big on the forensics like Bones or anything from the CSI universe. Instead it attempts a paranormal facade, which is similar to The X-Files' monster of the week episodes, although nowhere near as enjoyable. It mimics the Hollywood movie (not so much the television series) with a small team of beautiful girls who fight crime with their beauty and brawn. There is also a comical side with several goofy characters and odd situations. For the most part, "Dangerous Flowers" tends to be an average movie. It has some attractive features, such as the cast, and decent action sequences. However, the movie suffers from a subpar plotline that is less than appetizing.
"Dangerous Flowers" starts with the Chai Lai's in key locations to prevent a crime syndicate from acquiring the Andaman Pearl. The film tries to be something it is not: entertaining. If anything, watching Frat Party is a dull experience. The storyline is transparent and uninteresting. The characters are single-faceted and they never seem to grab your attention. The jokes are not funny. The only positive thing I can say about the movie is that the characters never get too annoying. Nevertheless, this movie is a dud. If you feel so inclined, keep reading. Otherwise, just skip it.
The movie opens with a monologue about the wild college life of main character Duffy (Randy Wayne). All the while, their parents do not know what is going on in the attic. For a family film, Aliens in the Attic has its appeal. It works for a young audience, as it does not get too serious, too violent, or too complex. Instead, it is a pretty simple film with silly situations and action to keep things interesting. Of course, if you are not looking for a family film, it is not for you. While I have missed the first four seasons, I think I developed a pretty good grasp on what was happening in season five and about the characters. Of course, I am probably missing some juicy background details and character developments. In any case, I was impressed with Grey's Anatomy. There are also some changes with the cast, which to my surprise turned out for the better. Jay Mohr leaves the show and is replaced by Jamie Kennedy, who provides an interesting balance. The film is loosely based on Charles Dickens' A Christmas Carol. The story is about a troubled individual who has turned his back on love. A ghost in the form of his uncle tells him ghosts of former girlfriends will take him into the past, the present, and the future. They will show him what becomes of his life if he does not make a drastic change for the better. Overall, Ghosts of Girlfriends Past is not a great flick, but at the same time it is not terrible. It has its moments and makes for a decent movie, but it definitely should not be at the top of your list to own or watch.
Connor Mead (Matthew McConaughey) is a full-blown playboy a...Read the entire review

It grossed in a whooping 4.5 million dollars and was trashed by reviewers. The simple fact is that no one really liked Miss March in theaters and the unrated version on DVD does not get any better. This movie is terrible in either form. It is a raunchy sex-oriented comedy that has countless tasteless jokes, stupid characters, and an even worse plotline. In short, this movie is one you can skip and be better off for not ever seeing.
The story is about friends Eugene Bell (Zach Cregger) and Tucker Cleigh (Trevor Moore). They find themselves in an odd situation where Eugene wakes up from a coma. They go on a crazy road trip from South Car...Read the entire review

The basic premise is that underneath the happy suburban facade is a web of deceit and secrets, as well as unbounded lust and passion. The show first aired in 2004 and was very successful. The attraction of Desperate Housewives comes in multiple flavors, from strong writing to topnotch performances to witty comedy to eye-rolling melodrama. Desperate Housewives has a little bit of everything. It is the kind of show that is easy to get hooked on.
